We’re on a mission to replace fragmented supplements with whole-food nourishment that strengthen the body and regenerate the land.

we envision

a world where nourishment flows from healthy soil to healthy people...

Where regenerative farming restores ecosystems, and where access to potent, bioavailable nutrition supports strength, fertility, and resilience across generations.

Where transparency is the norm, and ancestral wisdom works hand in hand with modern science to keep people truly thriving.

our manifesto

we follow the
blueprint of Nature

We design in harmony with the rhythms and intelligence of living systems, guided by diversity, regeneration and life itself.

We Prioritize
Regeneration

We source from farms and systems that actively heal soil, support animals, and restore ecosystems.

we always choose
real nutrition

We prioritize whole-food nourishment that works with the body’s natural intelligence—NO synthetic shortcuts.

We believe in business
as a force for good

We operate to serve people, regenerate systems, and create lasting value through our products, offers and content.

We operate out in
the open

We make every ingredient, source, and decision as visible as possible. Trust is non-negotiable for us.

These lay the foundations of our approach to crafting products and offering them to the world.

How It Began
In Frank’s Words

“I spent years living and working in regenerative farm projects around the world, and being that close to the land changes how you understand health.”

Food as Relationship

“Working as a farm-to-table chef and moving away from strict veganism into whole foods and meat, I began to see food as more than nutrients — it’s a relationship to the web of life, and the closer it is to its source, the more vitality it carries.”

arriving at A Personal Turning Point

“When Terra and I began building a life together, she started waking up severely fatigued every day, and I felt a responsibility to understand what was happening and how to truly support her.”

Returning to Ancestral Wisdom

“A close friend suggested beef organs and mentioned possible connections to thyroid function and gut health, and that conversation led me deeper into research and eventually into studying Traditional Chinese Medicine for two years.”

The Limits of Supplements

“I didn’t want Terra relying only on capsules — I wanted something she could take daily in different forms, something nourishing, versatile, and actually enjoyable.”

Refining the formula

“As I studied further, I learned about colostrum and its role in gut integrity, and I began experimenting — blending organs with collagen and protein, adjusting texture and flavor until it felt right, eventually making a month’s supply for her to try.”

Seeing the Shift

“Within weeks, her energy began to return, the fatigue lifted, digestion improved, and her focus sharpened, and what started as a personal effort quietly felt like a sign that I was onto something.”

Despite Being Nature’s Most Complete Nutrition, Organ Meats Are Rarely Eaten Anymore

As modern food systems shifted toward convenience and efficiency, the most nutrient-dense parts of the animal were left behind. Today, organ meats are difficult to source, challenging to prepare & widely misunderstood.

For most of human history, beef organs were central to nutrition, carrying the highest concentration of vitamins, minerals, and bioavailable nutrients.

As food systems industrialized, these foods were phased out. Modern diets shifted toward muscle meat and processed calories.

Modern supplements, isolated vitamins and synthetic compounds attempt to mimic what once worked best as a whole, living food.

Bridging the Gap

Freeze-drying preserves whole organs as they exist in nature, without heat, fillers, or chemical extraction. By removing only moisture, we retain the full spectrum of nutrients in their natural ratios, keeping food whole while making it shelf-stable, accessible, and easy to use

What began in living soil and personal inquiry took shape as this blend. Born from time spent in the soil, in the kitchen, and in study, it brings together regenerative sourcing and organ-based nutrition in a form that fits modern life.

This is Terraviva: living earth, brought to the body.

our focus on regeneration

health begins where
the ground is alive

The same regenerative principles that sustain the body: diversity, balance, and renewal, also sustain living soil.

But farms committed to healing land often struggle under the pressure of industrial agriculture. We don’t just source from regenerative growers; we actively invest in the farms and land-restoring projects that protect nourishment at its origin.

Following the Body’s Energetic Blueprint

Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that organs are not isolated parts, but living systems that govern energy, emotion, and physiology together. Health is maintained by nourishing these systems before imbalance appears—supporting flow rather than reacting to dysfunction.

By feeding our bodies with foods that mirror their organ structure and function, vitality is restored at the root, which allows energy to move freely through the body as one integrated system.

our formula

Engineered for exceptional nutrient density

Built on nose-to-tail nutrition, the doctrine of signatures, and thoughtful flavor balance—our formula brings together regenerative ingredients crafted to mirror the body’s natural intelligence.
